Babaji: Thank you very much for having me here, I am happy to be with you. Anywhere there are two or three gathered in the name of Truth, then God is there also.

So you just saw our video; half my job is done. I asked many big questions. So now I would like to talk about the answers to those questions.

The first question has to do with knowledge. And now we get our knowledge. The problem with most of our knowledge is that it comes from human beings. Human beings, as we know, are imperfect; real knowledge comes from God. So the knowledge of the scriptures is beyond human knowledge. In fact there is so much knowledge about God that no one book can fill it all. For example it is said at the end of the Gospel of John, that “Jesus Christ did so many things. If they were all written in books, the whole world would not be big enough to hold them all.” This is another way of saying that “This book, the Bible, is incomplete.” After all God is unlimited, omniscient and omnipotent. So is there any end to the knowledge? It is not possible.

So we cannot know everything about God from one book. And as I pointed out, there are many things omitted from the bible. Let’s give a small example: in the New Testament, Jesus uses the word ‘soul’ eleven times. But where is the word soul defined in the Bible? Where is the explanation of what is the meaning of the soul? Is it there? Can anybody tell me? No! No!

The definition of the soul used in the contemporary theology was added in the eleventh century, and it was derived from the teachings of the philosopher Aristotle. Read the history of the church, these things are all common knowledge.

Here is another example: you all know the creed. “I believe in the Father Almighty, maker of all things, visible and invisible...” You can repeat it from memory, right? So what does this say? “I also believe in Jesus Christ, the only son of God, who was begotten by his Father before all worlds. God of God, Light of Light, Very God of Very God, begotten not made, being of one substance with the Father...” Very good, you all know this.

Where is the explanation in the Bible? Where is the story of Jesus begotten being begotten by his Father God? Where is the scientific explanation of how this happened? Is it in the Bible? Can anybody tell me? No!

Yet, the original materials explaining the story of Jesus were edited in the third century by Emperor Constantine, the emperor of Roman Empire, at the Council of Nicaea. That is why this creed is called the Nicene creed. Because it was formulated at the Council of Nicaea. So the people who wrote this creed had access to the information that we don’t. Because how did they know to say that Jesus was born from the body of the Father? Because it is not explained anywhere in the Bible.

Actually the Bible was edited at the Council of Nicaea. Why? Because Emperor Constantine wanted the religion to unify his empire! These concerns were political, not spiritual. So everything that was not helpful for his political motivations was thrown out. It is very simple.

Why did the Romans destroy the library of Alexandria twice? What is it that they don’t want us to know?

See, I am asking so many questions. Where are the answers? I know where the answers are. They are in the Vedas! The Vedas are ancient scriptures from India. But at one time they were known all over the world.

For example, I pointed out that the Bible didn’t say anything about Jesus’ life between the age of thirteen and thirty. Where was he, and what was he doing? We know; he was staying with us in India! My lineage goes five thousand years back and is from India. So we were hosting Lord Jesus when he was there, during the period of his life that is missing from the Bible. We recognized him as the celestial Christ, the original Guru, and the greatest Master Teacher in the Universe. And we honored him accordingly.

What did the Romans do? They crucified him! That is why the symbol of the Church is the Roman cross, a very primitive and brutal torture device.

In contrast, our symbol is a circle, symbolizing the wholeness of God, and a completeness of our knowledge about him. So our knowledge is not just one book. Our knowledge of God, the books of our knowledge of God, would fill this whole apartment. No room to even sit down. So this is the difference between Western religion, whose original purpose was actually political, and the Eastern religion, whose purpose is self realization. So far the information from the Eastern scriptures has not been completely available in the West. And the translations available have been very poor quality.

My spiritual Master was the first Eastern Guru who is completely educated in both Eastern and Western philosophy and language. He translated the most important Eastern scriptures into all the Western languages. So now we have available the complete teaching. We can explain all questions about spiritual life that are not explained in any other scriptures. And we can explain all the features of the human soul and consciousness.

Western religion, Western philosophy, Western science, Western theology, psychology cannot explain the function of consciousness. Yet we all experience consciousness every day. In fact without consciousness, everything is finished. Without consciousness there are no other questions. Yet science cannot explain the function of consciousness. Why?

Because consciousness is a quality of a soul! And the soul is a transcendental entity. It cannot be observed with material senses, or measured by material instruments. Yet we all experience practically that we are conscious. So consciousness is real, but it is not measurable. Then it must a different category of existence. This is called transcendental. Material things are objective; I can see the wall, you can see the wall. You can verify its existence.

But only I know I am conscious. You cannot perceive my consciousness directly. I cannot perceive your consciousness directly, only indirectly, because spiritual things have the property of being self-referential. That means my consciousness is completely subjective. I know I exist because I am conscious. You know you exist because you are conscious. But there is no way to prove the existence of other being livings’ consciousness, because consciousness is by nature subjective, and self-referential. So the nature of consciousness is similar to the nature of the soul. Similarly we cannot prove the existence of the soul by the objective process. That is also true of all the qualities of the soul: consciousness, personality, individuality, identity, will, emotion, conscience, thought, initiative, creativity, love, and so many things that are common daily experience. None of these things can be proved objectively; they are only subjective phenomena. But wherever the soul is present, wherever life is present, all these phenomena exist simultaneously. And as soon the soul leaves the body at the time of death, all these symptoms disappear at the same time. They cannot be separated from the presence of the soul.

I am giving you a very short summary of the science of the soul. But if this science were understood in completeness, it would transform every field of knowledge that we are aware of. Why? Because knowledge is also a symptom of the soul.

Everyone is following this discussion so far? The soul is spiritual, therefore it never changes. Why? Because it is eternal. The body however is always changing. The body starts out as a tiny egg, and then it grows into a fetus. At the time of birth it comes out of the womb, and grows as an infant, to a young child, to a teenager, and then adult body, middle-age body, old-age body, and finally the body dies. And what happens to the soul? Is the soul destroyed of the death of the body? No! It is eternal. Eternal means no end, but it also means no beginning. Therefore we have existed along with God from the beginning, because all transcendental entities are naturally eternal beings.

The point I want to make, just like the light we see coming through the window, but we cannot see the sun. But we know the sun exists, because we see the light. Similarly we see so many symptoms of the soul. Therefore we know that God exists, because every energy has a source. The point of emanation of this point is the sun. Similarly the point of emanation of the soul is God. Therefore if we want to know what God is like, look at ourselves: consciousness, life, personality, individuality, mind, love, emotion, and creativity. All these qualities are present in God in infinite quantity.

So when Jesus says, “It is written scriptures that you are Gods,” the real meaning is that we are the same quality as God as spiritual beings. The difference is quantity. We are very very tiny and limited. The God is unlimited, infinite. So our perfection is found in realization of our personal relationship with God. And as soon as we act on this knowledge, the whole quality of our life changes. We experience transcendental bliss, ecstasy of divine love, all these things that Jesus was the example for.

Babji: We are also doing the full preview two weeks from today.

Even though you can come to any of the sessions, we prefer that you come to all four sessions; because if you miss first session and come the second, you will be lost. We’ll cover a lot of information. The other thing is, after the introductory seminar, we have a community group that meets every week. That group is gratis.

Question: Are the principal topics to include Jesus Christ etc. of the course?

Babaji: We’re going to cover all those things. The course will move very fast.

And I also respond to individual questions. One reason we pass out that information sheet, is because we are doing research. We want to know the demographics of people in Mexico who are looking for this kind of teaching. And we also want to know about your individual issues and questions. So if you can please fill out the information sheets, that would help us very much.

Question: Can I record the session?

Babji: All our material is licensed under Creative Commons. In other words, knowledge of God cannot be made private property. All the material is available for sharing as much as you like. And you get a legal license that will give you permission to do that. Especially for those who are professionals, for example in healing. We encourage you to apply the knowledge in your practice. We also encourage people who would like to learn how to give this course, because we have material for about 200 courses.

So, I want to train up people to give this course, so I can give the more advanced courses. Like I said, we have a whole building full of books. They all fit on my computer.

Question: Does the book of Gethsemane exist?

Babaji: The book of Gethsemane exists; I wrote it! So far, it is only in English. We are slowly translating it. That is one of the things we are looking for is someone who would like to take up the translation work.

Question: How many pages does it have?

Babaji: So far, 450 pages, a paper-thin slice, one drop in the ocean. We have an ocean. This ocean of knowledge is full of transcendental bliss, because it describes the real nature of reality, with no other motivation then to help people.

Question: Did you have any experience of your students of the changes they have made?

Babaji: Well, our philosophy is a little bit different. We are not trying to help people to make changes. Rather we are helping people to uncover the original self. But I can tell you for example; out of 12 students at the last course, 10 of them have joined our community, and four of them have become pure vegetarians. All of them are making tremendous spiritual growth. We had one comment last week: “When I come here, I feel happy. And then I go home, and it goes away. I still don’t understand why.”

We know why. When our soul is in touch with God, we naturally feel happy. Everything enjoyable comes from God. And as we said, the soul is a little particle of his spiritual energy.

There is a wonderful verse in the Upanisads: “Why is the husband or wife dear? Why do we feel affection towards husband or wife? Why are our children dear? And why are our possessions and our wealth dear to us? Because the source of all these things is God and God is the dearest friend.” So if we contact God through his Holy Name, we feel automatically happy. This is the great secret behind all spiritual knowledge.

Even Jesus says in the Bible, that “Only in the Holy Name we’ll be saved,” and it’s revealed in the Psalms that King David used to have big chanting of the Holy Name of God with his whole Kingdom and everybody.

Why don’t we do that anymore? Why have we forgotten the Holy Name of God? See, this is why we call this the Secret Teachings of Jesus. Are we keeping the secret? No, but some other people have made them secret for their own benefit. If the people are weak, they are easy to control. If people are strong and happy, only God can control them. That’s the way it should be.

So, as my Guru would always say; judge by the result. Look at the society today. It is dirty, it is filthy. People are immoral. They’re untruthful. All the way up to the highest levels of government, they are thieves and rascals. Corruption is there, even in the Church. So, that’s the result of this Roman civilization. So, however they very carefully destroyed all the records of the previous civilization.

Why does the history all of the sudden begin five thousand years ago? Jewish history, the ancient books of Zarathustra. Any book you can find is no older then five thousand years old. Did people all of the sudden know how to write five thousand years ago? It’s a ridiculous idea. Actually all the ancient records were destroyed, accept for the Vedas. Our historical records go back over a hundred and fifty thousand years.

Audience: I thought it was two thousand years.

Babaji: Those are the recent ones.

So, our recent history of this planet shows that five thousand years ago, this planet was taken over by demons. The demons and the angles have wars in heaven. You read that in the Bible. Sometimes the angels are victorious, and sometimes the demons are victorious. It’s the nature of the material world. Spiritual world is always pure. But in this material world the demons sometimes have the advantage. So, five thousand years ago the demons took over this planet and they destroyed all previous records, because they didn’t want us to know what really happened.

Now we’re reaching the time of the end of the demons. In just a few years they are going to be kicked out. So, they’re trying to arrange to destroy everything. For example the honey bees are dying because of the genetically modified crops.

Do you know GMOs, the genetically modified organisms? The bees are going out from the hive, and they’re getting lost, and they’re never come back. In areas where there are many genetically modified crops, more then fifty percent of the bees are dying.

If the bees die, we die, because they will not fertilize the crops. If the corn crop cannot be fertilized, no more tortillas. Also cell phones and electronics confuse the bees. This is demon technology. Do you follow? Because it is anti-life, it confuses and destroys life. It makes us slaves.

Real technology is based on life, and increases the richness of life. And the understanding of life begins with the science of the soul. So, it’s no wonder that the demons have suppressed this knowledge, because it’s the key to happiness and freedom.
